This essay proposes an Organization model that will enable Individuals with high abilities to cooperate effectively and peacefully.

Structure

The Organization has Aspects.
Each Aspect has one Creator.
Each Creator has one or more Interpretors.

Function

A Creator formulates and has full responsibility for the policies, plans, methods and tasks regarding his Aspect and expresses those in the form of exact instructions.

An Interpretor executes his Creator's instructions as exactly as possible.

Individuals

An Individual may be an Interpretor to 0 or more Creators.
An Individual may be the Creator for 0 or more Aspects.
An individual may be both Creator and Interpretor
An Individual may be an Interpretor to the possible Creator he himself is.

In terms of Individuals, an Organization with 4 Aspects (1 to 4) and 9 Individuals may look like this (each cell is an Individual and numbers refer to Aspects):
